Calling all KISS fans! A new listening tour will make you want to rock and roll all night (and party every day) through the streets of New York City.
On March 22, KISS and Pophouse will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1975 KISS album Dressed to Kill with a never-before-heard free audio tour of New York City. This immersive experience features exclusive interviews with Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, and photographer Bob Gruen, providing an in-depth look at the legendary band’s relationship with the city that helped shape their identity.
On March 19, 1975, KISS released Dressed to Kill, an album that solidified their status as rock icons with the hit songs “Rock and Roll All Nite” and “C’mon and Love Me.” The album’s cover, featuring the band in sharp suits at the corner of West 23rd Street and 8th Avenue, remains an unforgettable image in rock history.
The self-guided audio tour begins at this iconic location, leading fans through several historic New York landmarks that contributed to KISS’s rise to fame. Participants will experience the sights and sounds of the band’s history, hearing personal stories and behind-the-scenes insights from KISS members themselves.
Adding to the celebration, Generation Records, located at 210 Thompson St., will host a special KISS merch pop-up on March 22. Fans can browse exclusive merchandise, collect limited-edition memorabilia, and connect with fellow KISS Army members as they embark on this unique journey.

The band played their biggest hits, including “Detroit Rock City,” “Shout It Out Loud,” and, of course, “Rock and Roll All Nite.” Fans were treated to an unforgettable spectacle of pyrotechnics, elaborate costumes, and raw rock energy that defined KISS from their earliest days.
