FORT-DE-FRANCE, Martinique — Thousands of music lovers gathered in Fort-de-France on July 4 as Magnum Band delivered a memorable performance during the 55e Festival Culturel de Fort-de-France, known as La Nuit Caraïbe. Organized by the City of Fort-de-France, the festival celebrated Caribbean culture while honoring one of Haiti’s most legendary musical institutions.
The evening featured an energetic performance by Magnum Band, with Clinton Benoit and longtime band member Nestor Azerot leading the vocals. Joining him were Dadou Pasquet’s wife, Evelyne Pasquet, and their son, Elijah Pasquet, whose presence made the tribute even more meaningful.
